Keyboard shortcuts

Every key this build binds, and nothing it does not. Each one checked against a live handler in the code that ships.

Pre-launch. Market data is live Hyperliquid mainnet. Order placement is not wired: the fills, position, PnL and volume shown here are simulated against the real price. Amber outline means simulated. What is built, in full.

The keys

KeyWhat it doesOwned by
BLong. Press and hold: the charge multiplies size up to 3xexec
SShort. Same chargeexec
EnterCharges a long or short button that already has focus. Space does the sameexec
MMute and unmutesound
Alt+AAlertsalerts
EscCancel a charge, close a panel, clear an errorexec
FFlip side, while a chart ladder is in handchart
WCycle ladder weighting, while a ladder is in handchart

Shortcuts are not remappable. That is a roadmap item and not a decision.

Two things the table does not say

B and S cannot be switched off

They place orders from anywhere on the page and they do not ask first. A switch for them exists in the design tree and is not in this build. If you type in the same window you trade in, that is worth knowing before you do it. They are ignored while focus is in a text field.

Enter and Space charge a focused button

If the long or short button itself has keyboard focus, holding Enter or Space charges it exactly as B and S do, multiplier included. Releasing sends it. There is no commit safety in this build.

Scope, because some of them are conditional

Anywhere in the terminal
B S M, and Alt+A. None of them fire while you are typing in a field.
Only with a ladder in hand
F and W work only while you are actually drawing or reshaping a chart ladder. F deliberately does nothing on a ladder that is already resting: changing the side of a resting ladder is a cancel and replace, which is the FLIP chip and not a key. Offering the key there would be offering a binding that quietly does nothing.
Blocked by an open sheet
A sheet is a modal surface, so while one is open B and S do not reach through it and place an order you cannot see. Esc closes it.
Escape does the nearest thing
It cancels a live charge first, then closes an open sheet, then clears an error. Inside a panel or overlay it closes that panel. During a ladder gesture it abandons the ladder.

The keys T X , appear in the design tree's own shortcut list and this build binds none of them, because the order-type sheet and the settings panel were never ported. What is built has the list.

Inside a panel

Several panels have their own keys once they are open. The market selector is the fullest one and it is covered on The interface. Briefly:

  • Leverage dial. Arrow keys step one stop, Page Up and Page Down jump to the next notch, Home is 1x and End is 50x.
  • Numeric fields. Arrow up and down step the field by its own increment, and Shift multiplies the step.
  • Working orders. Left and right walk the tabs. On a grouped row, Enter or Space expands it and the arrow keys expand and collapse.
  • Alerts. Enter arms one, Tab cycles the alert type, Escape closes.

The market selector has no keyboard shortcut

It opens by clicking the instrument cell at the top left of the header, and that is the only way.

If you have read that / or Ctrl+K opens it, that is wrong, and it is wrong in a specific traceable way. Those two keys are bound in one standalone developer test page for that module, and a code comment elsewhere in the product repeats the claim. Neither is the shipped terminal. No module binds either key, and this documentation build refuses to publish if one ever starts, so that this page and the panel's own list cannot drift apart.
